No, that's a different check that should always be done anyway. A mail
server configured for SAV will actually connect to the (claimed) sender's
mail server and run the SMTP conversation up to RCPT TO. If it gets a 200
(accept), then the sender really does exist (and can accept email), so the
receiving MTA will accept the email.

They'd have to use a valid recipient address at a valid domain. Spammers are
stupid and lazy. That is, currently, too hard.
