Hi there,
I've recently started work at a new place where there is a lot of older linux setups that I'm unfamiliar with and need to get some help on.
I have an old linux 2.4 box that's using ipmasq to call iptables and load all the rules when it boots up.
I've found what I think are the relevant .conf files in /etc/ipmasq/ and I've edited them to add in the new rules I need.
How do I make the new rules take effect? When I did an /etc/init.d/ipmasq reload it didn't appear to load the new rules in.
Is there something I'm missing?
I can't find a guide to ipmasq that mentions using .conf files at all.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Also, does anyone know any good debian specific linux training courses?
Cheers,
Michael
