Did you read the part of my email which is in direct contractiction to 2 of
those 3 points?

The thing takes about a minute to boot from power off, and it *power*
*cycles* in the middle.  It's embarrasing to have this supposedly bleeging
edge technological device that boots slower than the time it takes to sit
through a DVD copy protection notice.

I upgraded every firmware release since I've bought it; if they put out
another one in the last month then I'll eat my words.
