Yes you can do it with XP out of the box if you have the right hardware
(Intel VTX). I'm hosting 2 w2k3, 1 SLES10 and 1 SLED10 machines on my
XEN host.

IIRC, you are not allowed to use the free VMWare Server in a production
environment. Only for LAB purposes.
