Or just accept that your anti-spam setup is going to get x% of the spam, and beyond that you're better off putting your efforts into something else - like learning a decent mail client that allows you to quickly get rid of any spam that got thru... Did someone say mutt?
Any time a spam strategy is predictably imperfect, that is a specific type of spam gets through, you've essentially created a scenario in which you have a strong evolutionary selection towards that type of spam.
And so the percentages will start to grow as more spammers use that successful technique.
