Hmm, I can't get apt-file to work at all:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] > apt-file search libsndfile.so
[EMAIL PROTECTED] > dpkg -S libsndfile.so
libsndfile1: /usr/lib/libsndfile.so.1
libsndfile1-dev: /usr/lib/libsndfile.so
libsndfile1: /usr/lib/libsndfile.so.1.0.12
[EMAIL PROTECTED] > apt-file search libsndfile.so.1.0.12
[EMAIL PROTECTED] > dpkg -S libsndfile.so.1.0.12
libsndfile1: /usr/lib/libsndfile.so.1.0.12
