No. I'm happy to get that stuff because more often than not it's something I
actually want to receive... *or* the bad ones are painfully obvious before
even opening them... *or* I don't use any software they can manipulate to
their foul ends anyway. So, no sense blocking people trying to do business
with me.

The rest of it is crud that I don't care about, never will, and don't need
to ever see in my client. Binned.
