try moving/renaming the /home/username/.mozilla directory. you can do it in a terminal with the following command
mv ~/.mozilla ~/.mozilla-bak Or just use a file browser and rename the folder. **NOTE** make sure you have "show hidden folders" turned on if you use the later method.
