On systems which use apt-get and friends... Does anyone know of a tool which walks all the files on your system, and ((any files which are not part of any package) or (files which are part of a package and which have been changed, thinking here of config files)) print the file name?
This would be great for generating a list of file backup candidates. debsums(1) comes close, but only for installed files, and I'd like all of the files which *aren't* package files as well.
