If you run dual CRTs side by side and they are set to the same refresh
rate you'll noticing a band that runs up one screen and down the other
at the same time, perhaps once/2-4 seconds
The further the refresh rates are apart the faster the band will be.
If the monitors are well shielded the band will faint or non-existant.
Physically separate the monitors and see if the problem recurs. If it
does then this is probably the issue.
