OR.. more likely your power supply has a problem and does not have enough kick on the +12 volt rail to start up the HDDs. (most likely) Unfortunately the friendly splash screens hide any startup messages and prevent you from seeing exactly where the post stopped. As for repairers - no idea sorry.
