It's highly likely it's a rebadged something else.  The spec sheet from 
Netcomm's site says "No windows drivers necessary" which kinda sounds 
like it might just be a USB audio device.  The buttons, OTOH, are 
anyone's guess.

If you have one, try plugging it in and noting the USB identifier.  
Google that.

authorized you spending their resources that way. 

2) A world where you only can send messages to people who have
explicitly authorized you to do so.
