I purchased a Chaintech Nvidia GeForce FX5200 AGP card for one of my
machines not long ago. 128MB ram and runs perfectly fine under
Ubuntu/Debian/other Linux. Only $80 at the time. It has an s-video out
so it is currently being used in my media PC with Debian installed. As
such I have been using an older 32MB Asus card in my workstation and
have been looking at getting another of these geforce cards to replace
it. I feel your 32MB graphics card limit pain.
There are probably different models floating around now but it might
give you a pricepoint to work with.
