According to it you should add a "<references/>" tag somewhere on the page.
What exactly should it look like?
The only example I could find in the docs at
http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Cite/Special:Cite.php&action=edit
doesn't look like the code you are trying to use.
