This may be a bit overblown for Jo User but have a look at MailWatch for MailScanner: http://mailwatch.sourceforge.net/doku.php With the obvious implication being that you also need to install MailScanner: http://www.mailscanner.info/ It's a pretty impressive combo, but may require you to get your hands a bit dirtier than you are after so may not be quite suitable.
