The easy, quick and hence cheap way is to use something like Dlink 604T router
virtual host to each server, fire wall etc. This is also very easy to add a 
test server using virtual host, then trash it (1 min to setup, then 1 min to 
remove).

At some $100 it very soon passes the time to configure and route stuff, also I 
did and it works well, two /24 networks on the same switch, one routing to 
the other etc
