I remember reading about "phBadBehave", which is a phpBB port of
Michael Hampton's excellent Bad Behaviour. However, it seems that it
only uses Bad Behaviour 2.0.9, which has a nasty bug in that ALL IPs

has a "generic" interface and you might want to try your luck at
integrating that yourself with phpBB.
