Not that one, but coincidentally I bought, just yesterday, a 'Leadtek Winfast DVB-T USB dongle" for $49. It doesn't quite work, but I know what the issue is; the one I bought is a little newer than the in-kernel support and the usb product id is different (0x6f01 rather than 0x6f00). I could patch or wait for an update.
