traffic between hosts, i assume, isnt a problem?

graphing the physical interface will, but snmpd returns any data you tell it to, including traffic to and from a gateway, ports, etc. Under linux you could use iptables rules to collect the stats you want, not sure how to do it on os x, probably ipfw. As I said, getting finer grained reporting might be a bit more work. import clique.exercise.user

It's not really a quick fix solution, but a long term one.
