In my (painful) experiences of working with Windoze servers, you can't
just back them up using some sort of file copy, especially if they're
Domain Controllers (like this SBS probably is). Reason being that some
of the system information is held in a binary database; best approach
would be to use the Windoze tools to backup to a local directory, then
backup that directory. The Windoze gui backup tool can do this (check
'system data' or whatever it's called); don't know if you can script
it.
