-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Recently I purchased a Swann external modem to replace the internal modem my daughter uses. The modem dials out and starts to negotiate but never completes. The log stops at "expecting connect". The internal connects (in windows) correctly but is very slow. She wants to use Linux and so I have installed Sabyon(because it was the only complete edition I had with me at the time). It works well and does everything she wants except for this connection problem. Any ideas? (The internal modem is still in the machine - could this be causing a problem?)
