Maybe isolate exactly what PCI device is acting crazy.  Try a 'lspci -vv
| more' and look on the left side.  What devices come up under 00:1d.0,
00:1d.1, 00:1d.2?

Also, have you tried booting with 'acpi=noirq'?

Doubt this will be of much help, but maybe!
