The resources to support a distro, that you are selling support for hence lible for as part of your deal are enormous eg redhat, ubuntu, suse. You could easily achieve your goals: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomizationFromScratch The founders of SuSE have, can't find a ref offhand - but I installed and looked at, a server business version: It installs all office-server stuff It installed in minutes There were no questions beyond 'This will erase all partitions on your disk Yes/No' So you could not even specify partition sizes, all was automatic.
