[SLUG] Linux wireless access point

Does anyone know if any of the commercial wireless cards support being 
run as an access point? I've browsed through a HOWTO which suggests I 
get one with a Prism2 chip. As the HOWTO is 2 years old does anyone know 
if any of the newer cards work with the later distros? Anyone 
successfully set this up?
