I've just been in a fuss with iinet as their billing email is not RFC 
compliant. So now that I've been sensitized:

Your mail from must be a real return address with DNS and reverse DNS 
references. It need not be related to the sender ie you *could* send mail

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

but you may not send

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

or even

"                " [nothing]
