Nice. In my pre-coffee brain fuddle I just setup another tz called
Sydney2 on GMT+11, but this is the "right" way to do it.

Out of interest on my recent travels thru Mexico/Guatemala, I found
timezones in Palm didn't correspond to what ppl actually use. I found
the easiest thing to do was to set one tz to Sydney, another to UTC, and
have a set of custom (Mx1, Mx2, etc). That way I could set UTC & Sydney
times correctly, and keep jiggling with the custom ones until I got a
correct local time.

In country areas the correct time was a political hot potato - there was
the government tz and the local's tz...
