I'm looking for a simple telephone cal logging system (or anything that
can be simply modded to suit).
Situation is as follows.
A customer of mine has around 16 people who spend a lot of their time
answering and making telephone call to and from their end-customers.
Currently they note down with pen and paper info including:
Date of Call
Time of Call
Customer Number
Contact Name
Purpose of call
Outcome of call
Follow Up required.
All of this will change at some time on the future with an IP based
system such as asterisk but for now we want to pluck some low-hanging fruit.
The idea is that for now we give them a simple LAMP system that will
allow them to record these details /easily/ and that can then be
dissected for analysis and billing purposes.
Any suggestions short of taxidermy gratefully accepted.
