yes, I'd rather update and get a package, but, not quite sure
how/where/what...

all I wanted was to try w3m;

on Centos 5.x, 'yum install w3m' sufficed, I guess I should search for w3m
rpm for Centos 4.x before I do anything else, perhaps even the rpm that
got installed on Centos 5.1 might do
