We use Moodle extensively and have done so for 3 years now.  We would
have arguably the largest Moodle site in Queensland.

We don't use SCORM on our site but if you can email the zip file to me
directly (I have no file size limit), I can try it out on one of our
test sites to see if the file is valid.

Our site is http://ndshs.qld.edu.au but I hasten to add that you won't
be able to log on as you don't have an account on our Active Directory
server.

If the file is valid, I will tell you what steps you must take to
install it properly.
