Gonzo looked promising but seems dead, and has not been updated in over a year. the other link points towards the same site.
The only place I've found so far is http://www.simt.nsw.edu.au/lpi1.php - but they want 2grand. All I want to do is sit the exam which is only supposed to be around $70.
