ask on WhirlPool. I think getting your own addresses for permanent use will be expensive and likely technically unfeasible, but you should be able to get an ISP to sort you out with some.
I know Internode's network is fully IPv6 compliant, but not everyone's is, so if you're looking to route to stuff you're doing at home then make sure your provider can handle it properly.
