You have UseEvents in twice, I put it in twice and it only used the
first value of 1 in the config log.
Option "AddARGBVisuals" "1"
This option appears to be what I am missing, acceleration is enabled
now.
(**) NVIDIA(0): Option "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "1"
(**) NVIDIA(0): Enabling RENDER acceleration
(II) NVIDIA(0): Support for GLX with the Damage and Composite X
extensions is
(II) NVIDIA(0): enabled.
This one did not appear to do anything:
(WW) NVIDIA(0): Option "AddARGBVisuals" is not used
(==) RandR enabled
...
(II) Initializing built-in extension RANDR
I have not been explicit.
Not sure whether this will do much.

That config built up over a few weeks of playing, eventually i just
tried to disable everything i could find lol.
That one seems to work fairly well for me, like i said the main thing is
to match refresh rates, you should shoot for 50Hz, 75 can work but most
TV's wont accept that as an input (DVI link limit)
what resolution you running?
