I have, on the desktop the following:---

apacite.sty

a dummy file, ETL503AssignmentOne.tex
containing one reference, \cite{Zimmer2001}

a file, ReferenceList.bib, containing one reference, a whole book,
Zimmer2001

Running LaTeX several times produces the attachment, Output

As far as I can see, LaTeX has picked up on apacite.sty

And that's it.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.
