mpg123 *.mp3
Or use mplayer (can use playlists, can cope with almost any audio
format you can think of)
mplayer -playlist myplaylist
Playlists can be just the name of a file per line, or a winAMP style
playlist.
Or you can just specify the files to play:
mplayer ~/Music/Beethoven/Symphony7/BeechamLSO/*.ogg
