I second that suggestion.

There's the State Reference Library (the newer bit). Though the desks with powerpoints on the floor on which you enter it are often busy, I've found that the next level down isn't usually busy.

Also, you can go to the Mitchell Library ( the older bit), which also isn't usually busy (and is nice to look at too).
