I think the easiest way would be to write your own SpamAssassin rule so that messages sent to these aliases from external email addresses / external IP addresses would score really high. SpamAssassin would then reject these messages, tag them as spam, or deliver them somewhere depending on your setup. Another option would be to write your own Sendmail MC rule or milter.
