First you should obtain a distro (e.g. Ubuntu, Fedora) on a device (e.g. CD or USB drive). Boot from the device and follow its installation process to wipe out XP and install itself on your disk drive. Once you have linux installed and connected to the Net you can download Chrome browser and install it.
