The parliamentary briefing, I forwarded, was primarily
for the people, we have elected, to make (change) our laws.
In the digital age, we(the citizens) also have direct access to this
briefing (link below) and lots of other information, perspectives and
education. This is limited by information being published in proprietary
formats and will be jeopardised with Internet Filters.

PS With regard to train track sleepers - these were hardwood. Australia's
hardwood forests provided timber for local construction and it was a
valuable export. Hardwood takes a long time to grow and sequests lots of
carbon dioxide in the process. But it is a poor cash crop. So, hardwood
timber sleepers and beams are a thing of the past. For a bit of history
