The minute I posted the enquiry, I had the feeling that even a simple
enquiry will not escape unscathed.
I think it is something about Latex (which by the way, was first suggested
to me circa 1987 but I have avoided ever since).
At last month's SLUG meeting, the audience threw Latex into my lightning
talk on E-Book & Paperback Formatting. There was an impromptu thrashing out
of Latex. Samuel Marks gave a useful overview of a few packages including
Latex, which he said he used for his Maths lecture slides.

Do you mean the geometry package? I've never heard of geometric.
