I opened the link and thought "Wait! Trimble has had them out for ages,
just in yellow!" then I saw the Trimble logo and realised it's just the
Linux variant. I've been involved with deploying the windows variants in
a mining environment and I can attest to how insanely rugged they are.
Sure it's a bit of a price when compared to consumer grade gear, but you
don't really want to put an iPad in a mining environment unless you
consider them disposables.
