We discussed this before. Looks like banks still haven't worked out
how to handle changing timezones. And NAB doesn't understand that
there simply won't be 5AM AEDT on 1 April.
There will be in 2017. That's a hell of an outage though.

Even if i was positive the DST transition would go smoothly i would take
it down as well. Its not going to influence many people at that time of
night (except the engineers) and its better to be safe than be another
media article about internet banking screw ups.
