Howdy gang.
I was recently struck by how inept many of the users I support are when
i resized a window on one of their screens and they were completely
freaked out.
Arguments over intelligence vs experience not withstanding these people
have used a computer for the past 10-25 years and don't know how to drag
and drop.
What I'm after is some kind of online training course preferably with a
testing section that runs through basic stuff like this, copying a file,
creating a folder, resizing windows, minimizing maximizing etc. I figure
a number of SLUG people would be in the same boat and hopefully one of
you wonderful people could point me in the right direction.
