Dear All, This months SLUG meeting will also include an AGM.
Tim Ansell will be stepping down as President and I am also considering not standing for the committee this year. We would like to encourage all SLUG members to consider standing for the committee or in supporting someone who may wish to. There are many ways you can support the community and we encourage you to 'put on your thinking caps' and 'roll up your sleeves' SLUG needs your help and input to continue to provide interesting and enjoyable meetings, to maintain and further develop community interaction and involvement and to help move SLUG into new areas of activity <insert/motivational/theme/music>. Should you have any questions about the committee and its responsibilities, please don't hesitate to contact Tim or me or any of the other people whom you know may have previously been involved with coordination SLUG activities.
