Hi Damon,
You probably should have sent this to the main mailing list.
I don't think many people subscribe to -chat .. its probably a bit of
a redundant list.

Matt

Hi this is Damon. I'm that devilishly handsome and ingenious man that gave
lightning talks on VirtualGL and then Euclideon at the most recent slug
meeting.

I'd like to get in touch with the lady (with sports glasses) who gave a
lightning talk on remote accessing her desktop session from her android
devices. If you're subscribed to this list, I'd like to discuss/compare each
others experiences so far with doing that.

I've tried a number of different remote access apps. But am finding the
combination of virtualgl inside NX sessions (using x2go), works best for me.
I'm also very interested in Nvidia Grid, but virtualgl and x2go are the best
open source/ free (beer) solutions I've found so far.

Here's me running heaven benchmark over lan via VirtualGL inside an x2go
session. The framerate was a lot better but the screen capture program I was
mangled it:

-I'm thinking I'd like to do a live demo of this for a future Slug meeting.

Incidentally there's a lot of videos online about Euclideon for those who're
interested:
