Hi Anton,
Thanks for the suggestion. Perhaps I can explain the situation a little
better. I need an ALG that can decode the ASN.1 encoded H.245 signaling
packet and translate the IP addressing information inside. Right now,
the helper for 2.4 is not doing that. I noticed that the new one in
2.6.21 does have ASN.1 support and it looks like it might work.
The reason why I cannot move to 2.6 is that there is too much porting
work to be done. Time is of essence. Optimistically, I can find someone
who has backported the code to 2.4, or get some advice from a
netfilter+H.323 expert to get up to speed on the netfilter+H.323
details to facilitate doing the port on my own.
Thanks and regards,
Kokhong

I was looking for an update to the netfilter H.323 ALG for Linux
kernel 2.4, but
could only find one in the latest 2.6.21.
Moving to 2.6 is out of the question, so I'd appreciate some pointers
as to what
alternatives I have.
