I have never used FC, but assuming FC is very similar to RHEL or centos , Assuming you have downloaded the DVD .ISO file to your harddisk (/home ?) - mount the ISO image with -o loop option - Burn images/boot.iso, which is about 10MB to a CD. - Boot from this CD, when prompted for installation source, point to the DVD image. (ideally the ISO image should reside in either FAT32 or ext2/ext3 FS).
