Out of interest what are the SLA and support terms of the business ADSL I know in NZ business adsl is really just the consumer product at extra cost. They use the same networks and are just as crap as each other. The only bonus is you get to go through to business support queue, which in reality doesnt help if there are issues because of the fact the network is still the same as the residential. ADSL in general is not my Favourite technology and has far too many drawback to compete with cable, so given the option choosing cable is always my preference.
