Though only tangentially related, I would like to suggest: Never buy Samsung hard disks. This is my experience. They fail early. The support folks here have no idea what you are asking (OK, I was asking them about warranty expiry date provided model/Serial number, and they could not tell. I did have my receipt but the print had faded) And to top all of this, the warranty registration page insists on installing some ActiveX crap.
