Hi Harish,
From the council members names and the organizations they represent, I can see 
that there is probably no issues of "stacking" etc by Microsoft. Is this 
correct?

Can we ask for explanation from the ITSC regarding this? Does Singapore have 
something akin to FOIA (US) or even RtA (Rights to Information Act, India) 
under which we can demand for more info, as to why a No recommendation by TC 
was turned into Yes by the council.

I am sure folks need to explain to the concerned citizens
