Follow that HowTo you get the following link:

Which tells you the following:

Country         Mobile operator         Access point name
Singapore       M1      sunsurf
Singapore       Singtel         internet
Singapore       Starhub         shwapint

I also uploaded my wvdial.conf (for M1 BroadBand) at
http://proxy.11a.nu/2007/08/14/using-m1-broadband-with-ubuntu-7-04
which should work after some minor modifications.
